As Within So Without

The inner world reflects the outer, you will only appreciate this principle of correspondence when you take your time and contemplate about it. In Chinese philosophy  there are five elements;

  1. Air/Metal
  2. Water
  3. Fire
  4. Earth
  5. Wood

human has five senses;

  1. Feelings
  2. Sight
  3. Hearing
  4. Smell
  5. Taste

Relationship between these  five physical senses from the lower plane to the higher plane.

Feelings;

This is the depiction of the “I AM”    a pillar figure or the foundation of self, human skin is the largest human organ, it covers the whole body and with feelings we respond to the environment and communicate with the environment through that sense of touch.

Sight/vision;

We see objects through colors and forms and are able to detect their motion, with these qualities we are able to identify energy and spiritual side of a person or an object, by observation the sense of sight represents Spiritual in the higher plane of reality.

Hearing;

Everything vibrates  and our minds identifies the outside world through vibrations and frequency, within the mental realm there is an exchange of vibrations, they change from one frequency to another with vibration you can move from one dimension to the other, as well as alter your state of consciousness, the sense of hearing represents the mental realm.

Smell;

With the smell is the only sensory organ that is directly connected to the brain, and with different smell can bring fourth memories from a the past, and this makes this sense represent emotional side of  our higher being.

Taste;

We use our tongue to taste the flavor of different things mostly food, if the taste is good we eat to flourish our bodies, We are what we eat, and this represents the physical world, as the taste of something is the molecular composition and structure of an element.

Seven Ways To Recharge Your Brain

Have you ever  been in the situation where you can’t ‘think’ or you feel so drain and tired to do anything, 

You keep on saying yes to things you don’t want

Find yourself in places and situations that you shouldn’t  have been?

Less motivated to do anything and your mind can’t seem to work

All of this happens because you have used all of your resources and it is time to recharge your brain, just as you would feel hungry after eating for a while, this is the same case when it comes to your mind, it needs to constantly be renewed, cleansed and re-energized.

The problem with the current society is we don’t take time for ourselves , we don’t take time to know who we really are, you may find an engineer is perfect on their field, but knows way to little about themselves.

First we will look on the factors that contribute in ‘energy drain’

  • The environment, this includes the people around you, objects and the activities around you, as you know the energy within your body is not always the same with the external energy, for example if the weather outside is too cold and you don’t have warm clothes to ‘retain’ your body energy you will get sick, that is one simple example, moving it further, the ideas, thoughts and the individual mentality requires an external factor to complement the internal thought process, what this means is that the environment have to complement the internal system, and if the movement of energy is not in alignment  and balance, you become drained so fast and might get sick, that’s why people become stressfully, unhappy, angry, anxiety and many other bad things. if you stay with the no so like minded people you are in danger of killing the inner man, or you might kill the others, in chemistry if you mix very high concentrated acid and water it will explode, mix one chemical element with another you create a poison. just to give you the idea, another thing to put into consideration is the activities just as you would have some certain types element that can’t be stable in certain conditions, say like water, its freezing point is zero degrees and in order to retain its solid state we would want to keep it in this type of temperature, your mind is like an element which has it’s attributes, characteristics etc., it process information in patterns,  people are easily distracted because of the surroundings, their mental elements are not maintained in a certain condition, when exposed in certain type of surrounding it may be extremely active or extremely dull,  when this is properly applied you will become aware of energies in different places and sense different with different people.
  • Another factor could be the internal contents, this is not a ‘natural’ it’s artificial  implanted in your brain, Most kids have original creativity from the age of 1- 7 but when they go to school it becomes clogged and contaminated with the educational system. The environment can be 100% of support but because of the contents in your mind, it doesn’t synchronize in harmony with the external environment

Those are two major factors that could be affecting your energy levels: so here are 7 simple ways you could do everyday to keep your energy level in balance

1. Staying in the environment that will be in harmony with what you are, the only way to test if the place supports you is to see the activities.

2. Sensory input, the brain is active when your senses are stimulated and are active, if you stay in a constant temperature room, your sense of feeling stays stagnant because there is no any alertness. keep entertaining your senses by not staying in one place for a long time, go for a walk, go in the park,go swimming etc., just to keep your mind alert and stimulated, this is the same when it comes to food, and smell.

3. Musical vibrations, we all know that music gives a big impact on mental stimulation, you must bear in mind that your brain takes external input in full, say you are listening to certain music, consciously you may be listening to the words, but subconsciously your brain takes all the input, not only the words but also the musical instruments and the music tone, if the music has bad rhythm your thought process will be bad as well and this can disrupt your thinking process.

4. The food you eat, science has totally ignore the taste and only focused on nutrients, the tongue is there for a very good reason, it stimulates the brain creativity, this is some type of energy that your brain requires to function.

5. Being in tune with the present moment, we always focus on the past and future and forget what is happening in the present, this creates a habit and a habit becomes an addiction, but when you are in tune with the present moment it becomes and habit as well. it keeps the energy flow in and out easily.

6. Motivation and inspirations, keep a constant seek of new experiences, read new books, learn something exciting something that will keep you going , inspired and motivated.

7.Maintaining a constant connection with the source, there is indeed an inner source that has all energy, maintaining a constant connection helps you to stay in a state of happiness, you can do this by meditation, prayer, contemplation etc.

Mental realm

Being dominated by a brain that is divided into two very different, (Right-hemisphere and Left Hemisphere) and often opposing, ways of looking at things. The mental realm is influenced by the other two aspects of our threefold nature the conscious on one side and the sub-conscious on the other – and the mental is sandwiched in between. On the conscious side of the mental realm we have what is called the self-body-mind. The Self-body-mind only grasps things intellectually in a non-abstract, separate, logical, literal, divided, polarized manner. Essentially, to the self-body-mind, everything is clearly categorized into two separate divisions – things are either yes or no, + or -, black or white, etc.(Computer binary numbers)

Subconscious Mind.

And on the sub-conscious side of the mental realm
we have the Oneness-integration-mind which grasps things intuitively, as a whole, allowing us to understand abstract things. Our ‘will’ functions between the two, like a pilot, or captain of a ship, and allows us to act, or think, in any direction, and utilize either aspect of the mental realm, or both. Free will is our birthright; it is an inheritance – offspring of the Father (Infinite) and the Mother (Finite).

Everything Begins with a single thought.

Thoughts are the very building blocks of physical experience.”EVERYTHING THAT HUMANS HAVE DONE OR CREATED, CAME FROM THE MENTAL REALM FIRST”

Every thing you can think of! Try to think of even one thing, that wasn’t first thought of before it came into existence. A building? First someone had to conceive of the idea of a building, then someone had to want a building, then they had to figure out the details of how it would be, then the details of how it would be constructed. Every invention and all of human creations including the computer you are using to read this message, Came into existence from a Single Thought!, just think about it for a moment, The first person who discovered the steam engine thought about it first before he came up with planning, schematics drawings and finally manufacture the engine.

Every single thing that you can think of that is not from nature, was first initiated in the mind. Don’t take this lightly. You must realize it, not just intellectually grasp it. When you think about it, it is really like magic. Someone just thought of a building, and in relatively very little time really, it was there. It is magic, just a slower reacting form, because it is dealing with a slower vibration realm.

What You Dwell up Grows


ALSO REALIZES THEN, THAT ANYTHING YOU DWELL ON WITH YOUR THOUGHTS, WILL BECOME PHYSICAL REALITY. Thinking about something first gives it birth. Then thinking of it again, is nurturing it. It is part of the process of bringing any thought or idea to fruition. First you plant the mental seed. Then if you water it (by thinking about it from time to time), it will grow. If you don’t tend your plant, it will die. This works in our favour, and against us, depending on what our plant is, and if we discipline our mind.

If you have negative seeds, such as those planted by negative thoughts/emotions such as jealousy, the separate self will use your programming and emotions to constantly turn your thoughts to those seeds. This will provide constant nurturing. Thus it will bring to bear negative fruits. What can you do to stop negative seeds or plants from thriving within you? You can only “starve” them out by using your will to discipline yourself and control your thoughts redirecting your thoughts towards the positive, every time a negative thought rises.

The negative side has the advantage of the selfish
separate self-using programming and strong emotions such as jealousy. This literally ‘grabs’ your attention and thoughts, urging you to tend the negative seeds. It also has ‘habit’ on its side, with programming that unconsciously and automatically thinks, acts, and dwells, negatively. To get positive seeds to grow, you must first overcome the negative emotions, programming, etc., plus you need to work to create new habits, new Mind Programing

When you are planting positive seeds of virtue, such as becoming a more compassionate person, those too will come to fruition but only if you discipline yourself to mentally tend your plants regularly. Remember, you are having to do this, not only without benefit of already having positive programming, but rather, having to re-program against negative program ming. So, often times, making positive mental progress is far more arduous than just sitting back with the status quo, doing nothing, and letting the negative side ‘run with the ball’. You must really take control of your ‘reigns’ in order to change positively.
