Chakras Energy Healing Techniques
Is to balance your energy centers, or your ‘Chakras’.
Which is why I think you’ll find this video very interesting:
In the past 15 years Christie has used her unique process to
help over 10,000 people overcome the blockages holding them back from abundance.
She does this by tapping into their energetic field, and
directly influencing it.
The video reveals exactly how she does it, including live
footage of her performing it on 4 willing test subjects.
Here are some highlights:
- Christie is interviewed on how she performs energy clearing, what abundance blocks really are, and how she fell into this unusual line of work.
- Christie helps Vishen, the founder of MindValley, overcome a career issue that’s been bugging him for years.
- Christie taps into the energetic field of Reza, an entrepreneur who wants to grow his business, and finds a block his mother gave him when he was 2 years old.
- Christie intuitively connects with Dawn, another energy healer, and discovers a block that’s stopping her from serving more people with her gifts.
- Christie reveals why so many spiritual people seem to have a slight disdain towards money.

Upanishads Quotes
Upanishad literally means a “sitting down beside”, a session, an esoteric doctrine. In a wider sense, the Upanishads are the conclusion of the Vedas and are devoted to theological and philosophical speculations on the nature of the world and man. The fundamental doctrine of the Upanishads is the identity of the individual soul (atman) with the world soul (adman-brahma). The formula “tat tvam asi”, “thou art that”, is the keynote of all Upanishad teaching. The following excerpts will exemplify this point.
Thou Art That
The father said to Svataketu, his little son:
“Bring me a fig from that fig tree yonder.”
“Here is one, sir.”
“Break it.”
“It is broken, sir.”
“What do you see there?”
“Some little seeds, sir.”
“Break one of them.”
“It is broken, sir.”
“And what do you see now?”
“Nothing whatsoever.”
Then the father said to his son: “Of that subtleness which you cannot see is the great fig tree made. In that subtleness all that exists has its essence. That is the True, that is the Self, and thou art That.”
“Pray sir,” said the son, “tell me more.”
“So be it, my child,” the father replied and he said, “place this salt in water and come to me tomorrow morning.”
The son did as he was told. Next morning the father said, “Bring me the salt which you put in the water.” The son felt for it but could not find it, for the salt had dissolved.
The father said, “Taste some of the water from the surface. How is it?”
“Salty.”
“Taste from the middle. How does it taste?”
“Salty.”
“Taste some from the bottom. How is it?”
“Salty.”
The father said, “Throw the water away and then come back to me.”
The son did so; but the salt was not lost, for salt exists forever. Then the father said, “Likewise in this body of yours, my child, you cannot perceive the True; but there it is. In the subtle essence all that exists has its being. That is the True, that is the Self, andd thou, Svetaketu, art That.”
- From the Chandogya Upanishad
“The Self, free from evil, ageless, deathless, sorrowless, hungerless, thirstless, real of desire, real of purpose, – that Self is to be sought after and inquired about, that Self is to be realized. All worlds he wins and all desires who understands the Self,” said Prajapati.
Both the gods and the demons heard of this. “Come,” they said, “let us seek out this Self so that we can win all the worlds and the fulfilment of all desires.”
Thereupon Indra of the gods and Virochana of the demons set out and approached Prajapati, the famous teacher. They stayed with him as students for thirty two years. Then Prajapati asked them: “For what reason have you lived here all this time?”
And they replied: “The Self, free from evil, ageless, deathless, sorrowless, hungerless, thirstless, real of desire, real of purpose, this should men inquire after and should seek to know. All the worlds he wins and all desires who realizes this Self. This they report to be your saying, sir, and that is why we have stayed.”
Prajapati said to them: “The Being who is seen in the eye – that is the Self. That is deathless, that is fearless an that is Brahman.”
“Sir,” inquired the disciples, “who is seen reflected in water or in a mirror?”
“He, the Atman,” was the reply. And Prajapati added: “Look at yourselves in the water, and whatever you do not understand, come and tell me.”
Indra and Virochana looked at themselves in the water and when Prajapati asked them what they had seen, they replied: “Sir, we see the whole of ourselves, even down to our hair and nails.” Then Prajapati bid them put on their finest clothes and look again at their “selves” in the water. This they did and when asked again what they had seen in the water, they answered: “Sir, we see the Self, exactly like ourselves, well adorned in our finest clothes.”
And Prajapati said: “The Self is indeed seen in these. That Self is deathless and fearless, and that is Brahman.” And the students went away content.
But gazing after them Prajapati lamented: “They have gone away without comprehending the Self. Whoever follows this doctrine, as it is false, must surely perish.”
Satisfied that he had found the Self, Virochana returned to the demons and explained to them that the bodily self alone should be served and that he who serves the body gains both worlds, this and the next. And this, in effect, is the doctrine of the demons; and when one of them dies they furnish his body with food and clothing, imagining that therewith he will win the world beyond.
But Indra, on his way back to the gods realized the uselessness of this knowledge. “As the Self,” he reflected, “seems to be well adorned, well dressed when the body is well dressed, so too will it be blind when the body is blind, lame if the body is lame, deformed if the body is deformed. Nay more, this same Self will perish when the body perishes. I see no good in such knowledge.” And so he returned to the teacher for further instruction. Prajapati received him kindly and bade him stay with him for another two-and-thirty years, after which he said to him:
“He who wanders about rejoicing in dreams – he is the Self. That is deathless and fearless, and that is Brahman.”
Indra departed again, content of heart. But before he had rejoined the other angelic beings, he realized the uselessness of that knowledge also. “True it is,” he said to himself, “that this new Self does not become blind if the body is blind, not lame, not deformed if the body is lame or deformed; but nevertheless even in dreams the Self is conscious of many sufferings. So I see no good even in this teaching.”
And so, once more he returned to Prajapati for more instruction and stayed with him for another two-and-thirty years. At the end of that time Prajapati taught him thus: “When a man is asleep and in perfect peace, dreaming no dreams, then he realizes the Self. That is deathless, that is fearless, and that is Brahman.”
Indra departed, content of heart. But even before he had reached home, he felt the fallacy of this knowledge also. “When one is asleep,” he thought, “one does not know oneself as ‘This is I’. One is not conscious of any existence. I see no good in this knowledge either.”
So Indra went back to Prajapati once again to be taught. The teacher bade him stay another five years. At the end of that time, after having stayed with Prajapati altogether for one hundred years, the sage taught him the highest truth of the Self.
“This body,” he said, “is mortal and forever in the clutch of death. But within it resides the Self, immortal and without form. This Self, when embodied, is subject to pleasure and pain. But joy and sorrow touch not what is unembodied. Rising above physical consciousness, knowing the Self as unembodied, distinct from the sense-organs, one rejoices and passes into the Supreme Light.”
- From the Chandogya Upanishad.
Study is not Enough
The Self is not realizable by study nor by intelligence and learning. The Self reveals itself only to him who devotes himself entirely to the Self.
- Katha Upanishad
Two Birds
Two birds reside together in one tree which is the body. One of them, the soul, consumes the fruits of its actions, but the other, God, without partaking of them, witnesses all.
The soul, pressed down in the body, being deluded with ignorance, grieves at its own insufficiency, but when it perceives its mate, the origin itself, it feels relieved.
A wise man, knowing God as residing in all creatures, forsakes all idea of duality, being convinced that there is only one existence which is God. He directs all his senses toward God alone and on Him exclusively he places his love, abstracting his mind from all worldly objects.
- Munduk Upanishad.

Chakra Exercise and Protection
There are many useful techniques to harmonize your body chakras you can also check Chakra cleansing, thanks to crystal bowls, tuning forks and binaural beats these are tools that can assist you to raise and balance your chakras, one of the famous method is Chakra tuning.
We are constantly bombarded with different energies from different sources, they weaken our energy body and it changes the way we think, make decisions and also the way we perceive reality, that’s why sometimes you feel exhausted, or a sudden change of your thought patterns, it is recommended to constantly meditate, and re-energize yourself, to stay in harmony with universal energies.
Each chakra corresponds to its vibrational color in the color spectrum as ‘most of known objects are vibrations’.
“Color therapy” can be used to stimulate the chakra via physical projection of color and light, we can use the power of visualization to stimulate the various chakras. Physically, the areas of the chakras are associated with complex nerve bundles or ‘plexus’ also known as the Nadis, and the location of special endocrine glands.
- First we start with grounding with the color brown (according to Stewart & Janet swerdlow)
- Then we have the root chakra, the area below the gonads; its color is red.
- Then the second chakra, located behind the area about two inches below the navel(towards the spine); its color is orange.
- The third chakra is the Solar Plexus; located behind the area below the cartilage of the breast bone (but in front of the spine),its color is golden yellow.
- The fourth or heart chakra its color is green.
- The fifth chakra, sometimes called the thyroid or throat chakra; its color is blue. Centered at the pituitary gland located behind the middle of the forehead.
- The sixth chakra, also called the third eye or ajna; its color is purple.
- Finally we come to the crown chakra or “thousand petaled lotus”. Sometimes called the Seat of the Soul, it centers at the pineal gland in the middle of the head; its color is violet-white.
From the poles of the root chakra and the crown chakra, energy flows and surrounds you in a form akin to a magnetic field.
Sit with your spine erect. Visualize colored light energy at each chakra starting with the root chakra and flowing upwards in the order. Dwell on each chakra for at least one breath cycle (inhale and exhale), longer if you can visualize the colors better. When you are done with the crown chakra, begin again at the root chakra. Keep repeating this for twenty minutes or as long as you have time for.
Here is the short video from Stewart, about color protection.

Chakras And Healing
Energy going in or out of the chakras affects the muscles, the nervous system and the glands. In short, it affects the entire system, and so a blocked chakra can create problems in all surrounding areas. With open and flowing chakras, a person will feel vibrant and radiant, ready to love life fully. But with partially or completely blocked chakras, a person does not have full access to his or her energy, which leads to confusion, depression, an off-centered feeling, or just general miasma. Energies can become blocked by tightening muscles, poor posture, or holding back energy in chakras.
Vibrant colors in a chakra indicate harmony and development. Dull or grayed and dark areas across part of the chakras indicate problems, whether non-development, negativity, fear of relating to the world, or physical, emotional or mental blocks. You may notice that some chakras are much more active than ones which surround them; people may over-emphasize a particular chakra and feed it by pulling energy from surrounding chakras. This leads to illness. On the other hand, blocking one chakra creates congestion in the entire area; blocking the sexual chakras, for example, out of fear of the sexual energy, may block the entire lower belly area, slowing all its functions.
People with low self-images tend to pull the energy in, in particular negative energy, since low self-image is negative. You may even take on others’ maladies.
Too much unassimilated (hence, unusable) energy may bring a strong sense of inertia, lifelessness, or depression or a clogged, noenergy-to-cope feeling. Restlessness, irritability, and illness or ineffectiveness make up the basic pattern of this condition. Creative projects, physical exercise, and meditation help to assimilate and use blocked energy.
Chakra Blow-Out
Chakras may “blow open” in times of stress, up to a foot wide, too much for good energy use. Blow-outs occur with unmanageable energy and commonly affect the heart, solar plexus, and navel. Drugs may also blow the chakras open, most often the head chakras. The result of blow-out is ineffectiveness from the affected chakra and tremendous energy release that depletes the rest of the body.
Try thinking the chakra back into a better position; if that does not help you may need professional assistance. You could also take your hand and gently go over the chakra three to four inches above the body, aiming excess energy back into the body. Move your hand clockwise or counterclockwise, whichever feels better.
Pain
Pain in a particular chakra indicates that the chakra is trying to open. Try very lightly massaging the area to help its release. If the Pain continues, stop. Put your consciousness into that chakra, allowing thoughts and feelings to come to your awareness and opening you to discover what has been blocked When awareness comes, pain or the block will generally disappear-, but if it persists, it would be a good idea to get medical help.
Illness and Visiting the Sick
During illness it can be very helpful to receive energy from a visitor, especially when it is peaceful. Both the ill person and the sender are energized in the process. It is a beautiful partnership. An unthinking, unaware visitor, however, sometimes actually drains energy from the sick, worsening their condition.
A depressed person may benefit from receiving another’s uplifting energy, but could also be hindered from going into and working on the depressing energies. A general awareness of energies and their flows helps you understand how to use your own energies more effectively with others.
When visiting the sick it is best to be as healed and whole in your own body as possible. The flow between you and the indisposed must be natural. Always allow energy to flow as it will; pushing or directing it too much turns it into little needles, a force of harm rather than of healing.
Exercise is potentially very helpful in strengthening your body against illness. Keep in mind, however, that strenuous, rough exercise (which builds up the larger muscles), tends to create blocks, whereas dancing, swimming, yoga, or tai chi all tend to balance and release the chakra flow
Lemurian Chakra Healing
In Lemuria, a healer pulled energy from the patient’s chakra relating to the illness, brought it into his or her body, turned it into positive energy and sent it back into the patient through a higher chakra. If, for example, the navel chakra reflected a problem, the healer would absorb energy from that point, heal it, then send it out the heart chakra to the patient’s heart chakra and down to the navel area, replacing the energy. The key thing is to put energy back into the healed chakra, which otherwise could attract more illness; this also safeguards. the healer against the illness.
Massage and Body Work
Massage and other body work are excellent for balancing energies throughout the body and allowing a proper chakra flow. It is difficult to relax and do a thorough job massaging your own body.
Samadhi
Samadhi is a Sanskrit word meaning evenness and describing a balance between inner body forces and forces from around the body. Seek Samadhi for a chakra that does not flow correctly. Sometimes breathing a flat breath-a breath that feels flat up and down the front of the chest-helps you bring in the sense of evenness. Filling the chakra with a lavender color may help, or you may simply ask to feel Samadhi. Working to feel Samadhi brings inner peace and quietude, facilitating growth and healing. When seeking Samadhi it is best to start with one of the heart chakras, moving on from there in whatever pattern you wish.
Rocks, Minerals, and Healing
Energies from rocks and minerals have a definite effect on chakras, bringing healing or awakening. Experiment with various rocks and minerals to see which attract you. Place them on different chakras and observe your energy responses. There are many books available on using crystals and minerals for healing or awakening chakras.
Radiance
It is difficult to maintain a healthy level. The body tends either to go into illness or weakness or into radiance; there has to be movement one way or the other. Radiance, meaning vitality and openness, is certainly preferable to illness, but to achieve it you must have good energy flow throughout your body. Think of the things that help you keep your body more radiantly alive. Your list might include exercise, diet, joy, smelling the flowers, love-all sorts of things. Keep a running list and add to it from time to time, and try to do something from your list on a daily basis. Eventually, you will naturally do what keeps you radiant.

Astral Projection And Out Of Body Experiences
What is Astral projection / Out of body experiences?
Before you learn how to astral project let’s explore what it is. Astral projection: is when a person consciously projects their awareness out side their physical body.
Out of body experiences: These are experiences that occur naturally when a person’s consciousness leaves their physical body.
The only difference between astral projection and out of body experience is you astral project to achieve out of body experience.
Another difference between Remote viewing and out of body experience is that you don’t have to leave your physical body to perceive the distance information, while while in out of body experience you can actually be where you are remote viewing…more like watching a movie in virtue reality and watching a movie on a two dimensional images.
just like everything else there are different levels of astral projection and the more you do it the better of a navigator you become, people do it for years and still realize that they have only just scratch the surface of the ice berg, the way you navigate in the astral place is totally different with the physical, your tools is your thought, think it and become it..think it and get there..but it’s not as easy as it sounds..if you think about your body you just go right back into your bed. that’s why guided meditation can be usefully for concentration and focus.
What Can you do with Astral Projection?
While astral projecting you can visit any type of world you want, and the experiences you have in the astral planes are more than in the physical body, just to list the few things what you can do with astral projection;
- Past life Regression, with astral projection you can visit your many past lives and discover your true identity and purpose in life .
- Travel in multi-dimensional reality and parallel worlds as william Buhlman explained in his book Secret of the soul
- Access the Famous place known as Akashic Records; where there is all source of knowledge and wisdom
- Get to meet with the advanced beings, spiritual guides, famous religious figures, extra terrestrial etc.
- Walk through solid walls, travel in other planets, mars, ancient civilizations etc
- Meet your loved ones that have crossed over.
- Learn to see auras
- Get bright new ideas and inspirations to solve your daily problems
- Self Healing
While doing astral projection you always get something in return; as for now you would have to agree with me that nothing is ever free there is the law of cause and effect: some of the things that you gain while astral projecting are;
- Enhance your sixth sense or your psychic abilities, you start hearing people’s thoughts, if they have bad intention you would immediately feel it, sometimes you would create a series of coincidences that will lead you into places you never expected to be.
- Release stress and Anxiety, when astral projecting you are more relaxed than ever and allow you physical body to repair and rejuvenate itself.
- Raise your awareness and see the world in the bigger picture.
how do you Achieve Astral Projection:
Affirmation For Astral projection
As I wrote earlier in my other article how to program your mind, affirmations are very powerful to program your subconscious mind.
With affirmation you make a simple statement that will impress upon your subconscious mind and condition yourself to be awake and aware while your physical body is relaxed, Out of body experience it’s something that we do every night just that we don’t remember, because of all the ‘junk’ we have in our mind. So just before you go to sleep you want to affirm this statement … “MY BODY IS ASLEEP AND MY MIND IS AWAKE AND AWARE”…..”I DEMAND TO LEAVE MY BODY NOW”… repeat the statement until you fall asleep for every night until you achieve it.
Visualization Techniques on How To Astral Project
Again as I stated earlier in my other article “how to program your mind”.these concepts are important to understand in your personal growth and why they work. Visualization is the grand master in programming your mind. There are countless number of visualization exercises in the web: I will just share few
Climbing the rope; this is where you imagine yourself climbing a hanging rope step by step adding as many details as you can until you drift into sleep.
Rolling over: This is when you imagine yourself roll slowly from right to left like a floating log on water add as many details as you want keep the image in your mind until you drift into sleep.
Out side your room: Another one is when you go to sleep you can just imagine yourself in the living room, feeling the temperature, feeling the texture of your sofa….just remember and add all the details of your living room..Until you drift into sleep.
That’s just to name the few, you can read some books for more visualization techniques, i recommend the book by william buhlman The Secret of the Soul, he has been on this field for almost his entire life or like i said earlier just google it.

Prayers:
People don’t understand the power of prayers much.. all I know is if you are sincere and have a strong desire it always works, so you may pray for your guardian angels or God depends on what is your belief ask them to assist you in achieving Oobe.
Aided Methods:
If you have tried all the visualizations and affirmation and find it hard to get the results, or you get distracted easily while you are visualizing it’s best to use guided meditations so that your mind can stop wondering and focus on the exercise; it is good to set up a schedule for this either so I recommend to get those programs are are designed like a course that your can do one piece at a time. I recommend astral proct now because this website is dedicated only and only for astral projection because sometimes we face obstacles such as fear and wrong beliefs that holds us back this website is specialized in all these areas and explains more in deep details about astral projection. as i am more single goal oriented i like to recommend something that’s worth your time and effort.
Out of body exploration is one of the product i recommend for people who are serious about astral projection, for couple of reasons like;
- learning astral projection from a clinical physiotherapist is more professional than from a normal person.
- Apart from astral projection Steve G Jones uses Special NLP skills to unblock the barrier that might be holding you back
- He shows you how to clean your chakras so that you may astral project easily with no energy blockage in your chakras
- He shows you how to raise you kundalini so that you can raise you energetic body vibrations and astral project easily
- There are couple of binaural beats with hypnotic suggestions to use to program your subconscious mind when you go to sleep
- He even goes further teaching you how to see auras
- 12 DNA strands activation ( it increases your perception and awareness you have to do it and see it for yourself)
- Enhance your psychic abilities and become aware of people’s intentions.
