Can A Person Change?
Most of the time we have a desire to change another person’s life, parents like to have a good child that behaves well and do what is pleasing. Some people have gone so far to change their personality traits looking for means and ways but for the most part it has been a successful failure.
What is a Change?
A change is the shift from one direction or behavior to another, however there are many types and levels of changes, here we will talk more about the changes within a person.
Self Image
According to psychology they believe that there is existence of Self-Image, when a child is born they born with no self-concept but as they grow through experiences they develop a self image which is a perception on who they should be rather than what they can be. Plastic Surgeon Dr. Maxwell Maltz, the author of Psycho cybernetics, did his work for over a century and realized after the surgery some of his patients were happy about their new looks and some were still having ‘emotional scars’ and could not tell the difference, and that’s when he did a well research on ‘Self Image’ that lead him to discover that if you know the way to communicate with your self image then everything will change and you will develop a success mechanism.
Who is a Person?
The key is to understand what a person is before we know how we can change them, an individual is defined by what they are becoming as the result of what they have been doing for a certain period of time. However there is more into the pot that meets the eye, a person can be acting in a certain way as a result of their genetics that they embody in this level there can be a purely physical disorder, or as a result of their early childhood mental programming this includes emotional as well, or as the result of their spiritual nature, in spirit it refers to the fact that what makes a person, a human is spiritual in nature, a spirit can be defined in many ways but it melts down to the content that is unbreakable or movable by material or mental forces, you can manipulate a person by their physical needs, or by logical explanations but it is their own will to truly accept what you are presenting to them, for example a person has the ability to chose to do something regardless of physical circumstances either environmental or disability, there have been many cases of people in severe pain but have done incomprehensible deeds people like Sean Stephenson and Nick Vujicic have demonstrate the power that is beyond the physical.

How To Change Personality.
The answer is pretty simple, if a person has a desire to change, then definitely, but if they don’t will to change then all that you do is not going to work, changing a person is a personal business and it should only be based on individual choice and not some convincing art. And most of the things that people don’t understand is that people are where they are or who they have become for a reason, unless they decide to change, the change will never happen. Some few steps to decide how to change;
- First decide clearly what is it that you really want to change, “A proper diagnose is half the cure” you can sit down either by simply writing down or talk with someone close who knows you better and discuss about the good qualities that you would like to attain.
- The Second thing should be how to change those traits, and unwanted behavior, there are many techniques, such as;
- Hypnosis, which you can go to hypnotherapy, or simply find a home study course( depends on your wallet)
- EFT this is emotional freedom technique which involves the energy work that breaks the patterns of bad habits
- Read a book, there are many books on self development, such as You can heal your life by louse Hay, Psycho-Cybernetics
- Get involved in a community of people who have the same like minded, it is easy if there are more than one person who wants to change for better because you can always encourage each other, and this you can use each others experiences and knowledge, say like if someone has read the book you can heal you life, instead of reading the book again you can just use one’s knowledge to make things work faster, or if one is a hypnotherapy they can do it for free or for a fair trade rather than spending too much money on hypnotherapy.
- The last step is paying the price, we pay the price by putting out plans and goals to action, most of people end up planning, and never take any action, taking action is the most important step even though preparation matters but it all comes down into taking action and evaluate your results.

We Use 10% of Our Brains, What About The Rest?
This can be one of the biggest question people have been asking themselves. There are two questions to be addressed when it comes to this matter;
- Is it that our brain operates automatically 100% effectively and we are just not utilizing it or?,
- Is it that there is this potent within our brain that lies dormant waits to be discovered.?
Though an alluring idea, the “10 percent myth” is so wrong it is almost laughable, says neurologist Barry Gordon at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore. Although there’s no definitive culprit to pin the blame on for starting this legend, the notion has been linked to the American psychologist and author William James, who argued in The Energies of Men that “We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources.” It’s also been associated with to Albert Einstein, who supposedly used it to explain his cosmic towering intellect.
Let’s not go into the scientific terms that leads you nowhere at the end of the day, even though science has accelerate and disciplined the growth of human consciousness most of the time it tends to deals with things that are physical in nature which is exactly that 0.0001% of reality and forgot about the real reality, let’s try something a little out of the box. We all have our brains and use it everyday, I am trying to face this concept in a lively manner, in such a way that everyone who owns a brain can experience it her/himself. We are well aware of two parts of the brain the conscious mind and the subconscious mind
The Conscious Part
The conscious mind is the one we use everyday for conscious activities, like going to work, reading a novel, cooking etc., deals with will power, logics and tends to be very narrow and limited in perception, depends on what type of person you are it varies on how much you are dependant on this part of your brain, for example there are people who makes choices instantly they don’t consider anything outside of what ‘they know’ or their realm of knowledge, most of them are leaders, military, they act quickly and have the ability to move fast.
The Subconscious Part
The subconscious mind deals with subconscious activities such as moving the muscles, heart beats, growth, healing, breathing(can be conscious and subconscious) and many other things that we are not aware of. We tend to think that we are in control but most of our actions are based on what has been programmed into this part of brain, it is more in control than you could ever imagine, think about this: when you touch a coal of fire your reflex action pulls out your hand immediately without being conscious of it, it gives you an alert when you are sick, hungry, or need a rest, another example is the fact that most of the choices we make are based on the personal belief that we have been taught when we were little kids for the first six years (to understand this i suggest you grab a copy of The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles
), see it this way; just as the diagram shows the conscious mind is like a ball which can move within the constrained greater reality, more like the species living within the earth bounded by the gravity of the planet, they are there to be protected, nurtured until they grow to maturity, this is the role of your subconscious mind, it makes sure you survive and it is only natural for you to automatically copy and believe what you were exposed to for the first six early years. It controls your motor system, the ‘way you think’, respond and sometimes what you like gives you what is known as self concept. A huge percentage activities run in this part of the brain more than the conscious part, Muscle test is one of the test you can do to know how much your subconscious mind is in control.
Through extensive training, practice and repetition some of our reflex action can be reprogrammed, an advanced trained person have different reflex actions than an ordinary person, his senses have been heightened or in another words his/her senses has been brought into his/her awareness into higher level than the rest, this is to say they can easily escape and avoid danger even before it happens. A traditional Hawaii sailor has the ability to detect where the close land is in the middle of the sea without any campus of electronic device just by going into trance and detect the wave patterns.
The Super-conscious Part
There is another part of us (not sure if it can be located in the brain or it’s purely mental. Think about this for a moment, you need your subconscious mind as much as your need your conscious mind, if your eye muscles suddenly stop working properly, you won’t be able to go to work, drive, read etc. just a simple function failing the entire system is jeopardised and no i am not only talking about the body system but also your surroundings the people around you, the place you work, etc. to take it further your physical body is totally dependant on it’s surroundings in order for you to survive, you need oxygen, the right temperature for your body to exist, gravity, energy from the sun, food and many many other things that we usually take for granted. this is but part of the super-conscious mind, if the earth was rotating in a perfect circle around the sun there wouldn’t be any seasons of the year, no plants would grow, this shows clearly that there is the mind behind and it is part of us just as your arm, a heart, legs etc . some research have clearly shown that there is an intelligence outside our physical body read this article ‘The Intelligence Field’.
The super-conscious mind deals with phenomenon like serendipity, ‘coincidences’, psychic phenomenon such as telepathy, remote viewing, astral projection, telekinesis and many other that cannot be explained into the world of science, the super conscious has the ability to take you into different stages (trial and tribulations) to make you reach and accomplish your goals. Saying that we use the law of attraction by simply thinking about what we want to manifest in our lives would be rather shallow without understanding and include the mechanism behind it that makes it come into reality, to some people it takes less time to manifest what they think about because of how well they are aligned in harmony with their surroundings, and the communication between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind. lets say you want to manifest 100 dollars within six hours, the third hour one of your old friends calls you and says he/she wants to pay you back your 150 dollars that he/she owed you, but the only problem is she/he has moved 20 hours away from you, because of your thinking process you just give up and not try to think of the possibilities that you could have use other means to get that money. but it is because we have not brought our awareness to it that we ‘use 10% of our brains’.
Beyond comprehension.
This is simply yet to be discovered, the things that are there but because we are not that advanced yet to understand and comprehend that it is still part of us.
How do we utilize our brain power?
The question is not how to do, since this is and inborn quality of who you and me are we simply have to learn how to be aware of these higher parts of ourselves, there are simple steps to follow so that you can begin to apply and realise these parts of yourself.
- Be an open minded person, it is a fact that nobody has all the knowledge and knows everything, the more you give a chance for new knowledge to come to you the more aware of new things you will be, the tendency to stay in the state of “What i know is the ultimate TRUTH” is like digging your own grave from growth, and don’t be just a follower makes sure you ask questions apply it in your daily activities and the only way to find out is the results if you apply and it doesn’t bring the result you want then you know it is not true.
- Being aware of what is happening at every moment and time, there is a constant communication between our conscious, subconscious and super conscious mind, being alert and aware of what is happening every moment means listening to these signs and messages.
- Exploring beyond the norms, in our civilization it is Right Brained dominance means our choices are mostly made based on logics, even the way we put our records it is mostly logical, a piece of art would convey a message to you in a holistic way more than a written statement, just think about your favourite song, it sinks deeper and it motivates you, it gives you emotions, imaginations etc. but a simple statement may mislead you into totally different meaning. if you start taking things in with their ‘complete spectrum’ visual, auditory and Kinaesthetic means all your senses are involved in the process more than you would take something in once sense.
- Meditation and relaxation, most of people who meditate have a good brain synchronization the neural network function in a harmonious way more than those who don’t. you can decide to spend from 15 to 30 minutes everyday just sit down without doing anything, don’t sleep just sit, the first time it might be hard but eventually you will start to notice some of the solutions you were looking for comes natural and easily, this is because your mind settles and everything starts to naturally fall into it’s place.
Potential of Mental Abilities
When it comes to mental abilities perception is that ability to identify or be aware of something. your brain uses a point of reference to identify something, when forensic scientists put all the clues together to make a valid scientific conclusion, it is about the same way on how your mind gathers a set of raw information to perceive reality, Its not possible to understand something that is out of your sphere of comprehension.

The human five senses have some limits. Like the human ears cannot hear all of the sound frequencies. So as the eyes, smell, taste and feeling. You will only perceive what you “know”, therefore the way you “train” your mind to perceive the world that’s how it’s will perceive it, and that is how you will enhance your own mental abilities.
Your perception can be modified by changing your mental attitude or your receptive filters. And when you apply new knowledge daily it becomes part of you that’s why there is the saying “A man becomes what he does”, you always raise or lower your consciousness by using the gift of free-will, when you do this you are literary rewriting your habits. Your only doorway that connects with you to the external surroundings is through your normal five senses nose, eyes etc. Everything that happens outside is the work of your brain, think about it when you touch, feel, taste, look smell all of our five senses are connected to the brain with the neural connectors and they have to take the signal to the brain first and then the brain identifies the signal. The plain of reality that we currently know is like a “The Matrix”

Mental Abilities – Focus and Attention.

For example if your attention is on your vehicle, you will have nice 22″ chrome wheels, nice stereo and expensive sub-woofer, if your attention is on money you will do anything to gain more money and so as a girlfriend, house, friends family etc. It is only the tip of the iceberg on what you can do when you focus your Attention on something , It’s not really the eyes that focus on something but the will of a person that controls the mind, Ben Underwood has demonstrated a remarkable ability of the brain.
When you are thinking of something you are literary “there” your mind is not limited to time. We all time travel everyday it’s just that in the mental realm everything that you perceive is in potential state, meaning what makes it happen is the power of “Attention and focus” Whatever you are worried about it usually doesn’t exists in that time at that place, it’s something that is in your mind, and you are literary creating it.
Learning
In my knowledge until today i would say Viktor Schauberger is the pioneer of water and how it plays a big role in sustaining life on Earth. Water flows on the surface of the earth curving out the soft earth parts and leave the hard parts and whenever there is depth it will fill the entire depth first then move on. what water is doing is the same concept of learning , I will let you relate between knowledge and mind which one is like the land?, it can be molded into any shape of any kind you want and reconstructed over and over again, Most of the Ancient people have clearly shown that knowledge has it’s end and it’s not something that lasts forever, not very far back people used to believe that the earth was flat, but that came to pass, again they believed the earth was the center of the universe, that changed too, Even Scientists believe that Newtonian world is the Ultimate, but again it seizes when we go into Quantum mechanic, now there is a great challenge between Evolution and Zecharia Sitchin

- Learning the intellect
- Learning the ability
About 97% of the so called ‘Modern culture’ we learn the intellect, that is what we learn in school, most of the human knowledge is based on intellectual aspect of things, but learning the ability that comes with experience , for example if one wants to be a great dancer,he has to practice and face challenges to become a great dancer the same thing with martial arts and all the athletic , the most important thing is to know how to listen, know how to let go, learn how to see things the way they are and not the way you expected them to be, take an example of water, DON’T IGNORE anything take every step and go step by step, live the only moment.We are only starting to discover the potential power of human brain such as Remote viewing, hypnosis, Astral Projection, telekinesis, telepathy, and all the psychic abilities that you can ever think of, Uri Geller, Guy Bavli, Chris Angel and others have demonstrate the power of mind.
But you may ask yourself, how come our memory is not good with the accuracy of things such as the texture of a certain wood or the weight of the certain wood, the temperature of the diesel engine.
Another question is if it is possible to remember exact same color, texture, structure mass density of something, just like when you have learned how to pronounce some letters of a certain language, is it possible to project it? Say like change the color of my skin or the texture of my skin to brass, the density of my body to that of the metal?
I remember i once asked Guy Buvli can you teach me how to bend a spoon, then he answered “…Having mental abilities is a life style it’s not a know how show” in that moment i realized that it’s all depends on how you live your life.
