Living A Balanced Life.
I remember when I was a little boy I couldn’t figure out why the sun sets down in the West and rise from East, I kept on wondering does it mysteriously disappear and appear on the other side? , no concept of how things work, I also used to think thunderstorms are caused by Angels who are rolling the drums on the clouds.
I believe most of people are suffering because they lack understanding of what is their true nature or at least who they are, once you understand your true nature, everything will be clear and the suffering will reveal its cause.
Happiness is the balance between the personal beliefs and the life situation, it means you are satisfied with what you currently have and there are no conflicts between your expectations and the results you have. On the other hand sadness is the opposite there is no balance between the two personal beliefs and what you have. To resolve sadness there has to be a balance between the facts of life and personal beliefs, a balance between inner person and the outer world.
Being healthy and unhealthy is also a conflict between the enclosed system and the foreign agencies, for you to keep your health, just maintain a balance between your body and your environment.
Social life as well, to keep good friends and not creating enemies, you have to stay with likeminded people, the kind of people that understand you easily and you understand easily. People create enemies because of misunderstanding and conflicts.
As you look Around Life is all about balance doing thing not only in a moderate but in harmony, everything at the right time and right place. Our wood demand is more than what nature can offer and it created imbalance in nature, there are crimes in the streets because other have consume more than what is to be offered, we spend too much time sitting down while performing our tasks and it has caused us to resolve the problem by the use of Gyms.
