Focus, Attention and Concentration

We use our eyes to see things outside our physical body,
Within our eyes we have lenses these lenses helps us to focus on specific depth and dimensions of space, with the focus you can make sharper images to clarify an object
The place where we focus our eyes’s lense is where
Our attention is, and the amount of attention we focus on specific place and time is concentration.
One must keep in mind that focus is merely a product of our eyes it goes beyond the eyes, you can focus you attention internal and external but I use the eyes to demonstrate the true potential of these three factors, it is the product of consciousness, that’s why we can flex and relax our muscles as a lower form of divergence and convergence. Our Consciousness inhibits our physical body as a fixed focus that’s why when you are meditating and you use relaxation technique you raise your consciousness to another level, as I said earlier in my other article our consciousness can be represented as a form or torus the convergence and divergence of energy.
The Definition of focus is:
A point at which rays of light or other radiation converge or from which they appear to diverge, as after refraction or reflection in an optical system
Now here comes the trick part, the ability to perceive the world around us depends on the level of consciousness we are, with our physical eyes we can only focus our attention within few diameter around us. If you have attain higher level of consciousness you can focus your attention beyond time and space and perceive what is beyond you will be able to view the microcosmic world and pierce through. That’s why some theosophists using yogic powers could accurately describe the sub-atomic composition of all known chemical elements and some are yet to be discovered by scientist
Piercing down to the level of Quarks and beyond.
With these three factors (focus, attention and concentration) you are able to change your life instantly, just imagine having a scattered mind, you never get anything accomplished you jump from one task to another without accomplishing anything, with higher focus and concentration you perform one task with high efficiency and faster.
How to gain concentration
First we need to define what concentration is, the simples definition I can come up with is to bring something into oneness, the act of focusing or extended focus. The definition says it all, we gain concentration by putting our attention into one specific point, and the more you do it the more concentration you will get,
As we all know our brain operates in different frequency, since focus is the concentration of light, then we can have musical frequency that can tune our brain into one freguency so that we can have higher focus. Calmness and clarity promotes concentration.
