Energy Patterns – Do We Imprint Them With Our Thoughts ?

articles energy patterns 375x300 Energy Patterns Do We Imprint Them With Our Thoughts ?

    How Are Thoughts Energy?

    To approach this question we first need to define energy and thoughts;

Energy is the quantity consumed in a certain amount of activity for example if i want to move my books from one point to another i would need a certain amount of energy to move those books.

Thoughts are mental activities stimulated either by external stimuli’s or conscious  intention. So as you can see you cannot really have any type of activity without any type of energy, there has to be some kind of energy to make those thoughts happen, however if you are an observant person you would come to realize that thoughts are merely the result of what has been eventuated, It is like you already have a this endless ocean of water and when the stone drops in you have those ripples which can be related to thoughts that are disturbances of ether (the very fine medium that permeates everything) so the brain is only receiving these cosmic ripples, because of the nature of this wave it automatically triggers images of the same nature that are stored in your brain as memories.

    Intentions Are Sources Of Thoughts

I have been experiencing these thoughts and feeling in relation to the places, for example:

    • If i go sit down on my coach where i usually meditate it is easy for me to think clearly and get solutions on anything so easy, and
    • If i go on my bathroom the very moment i stay in front of the mirror (which i usually do my affirmations) i start to feel very good about my self and some positive ideas and thoughts just start to flow in my mind,
    • When i lay on my coach which i usually take a little nap after a long day, some out of this world insights and concepts just come without any effort,
    • The last but not least when i go to in my bedroom, some not so good ideas come in my head, sometimes they are not new ideas but they pattern is the same.
    • If i use my laptop to write blogs ideas flow so easily, but when i use my desktop computer it becomes very hard to concentrate and i sometimes don’t even finish what i started articles icon sad Energy Patterns Do We Imprint Them With Our Thoughts ? .

Something which i have been experiencing for a while and the only conclusion i can come with at this moment is that because of what we do on these places repeatedly we somehow put those vibrations on those areas (because we imprint these vibrations on this ‘Ether’) and whenever we revisit these places our brains picks up that energy pattern and by association images and ideas of the same vibrational energy starts to come into your conscious it is like a person walks in the room with a funny hat and suddenly people would start to relate to memories or funny moments about hats or a person with hat.

    Positive Thinking

This can only mean one thing that our thoughts do create our reality, and our bodies tend to move the direction of our dominant thoughts, that is why one of science of getting rich law is that leave every person you meet with an impression of increase. and whenever you face any challenges make sure you respond to them and not just react as whatever you do repeatedly it creates a habit.

Feng Shui – The Universal Energy That Permeates Everything

In Chinese tradition they believe in the existence of Chi/Qi which is the type of energy that flow through objects, and just like electricity this Chi can be harmful or useful when harnessed properly. It is something that brings me back to the idea that our thoughts do generate some sort of energy signature on places the only way  i can explain it is like a river flowing and as it flows it passes through different mediums and it gets contaminated or mixed with different elements, and these ‘spots’  are what we generate them with out thoughts. Doing Little Things In A Big Way

To see  a World in a grain of san,

And Heaven in a Wild Flower,

Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,

      And Eternity in an hour.

      ~ William Blake

Today’s society is based on get it done and make it quick, from the time we open our eyes to the time we lay down after a long day of exhaustion  our minds never takes a rest.

As the result we get a lot done but we accomplish too little, take a look at a a vehicle it generates too much power and at the same time a lot of energy is lost, in form of heat and noise.

This clearly explains how this society runs their daily business.  You may find a person doing a hundred activities in a single day but they end up accomplishing none and may probably lose more.

In order to make the most out of your life it is important to build a habit of doing single task, make sure it is completely accomplished and well done, then move into the next one.

this is doing little things in a big way, most of successful people have build up a habit of doing single projects, focus on tiny details until it is well done.

in the second hermetic principle it states “as above so below, as within so without”  what this means is if your mental activity is messy, then your life will be messy as well, if your mind is organized and clear then your life will be well organized and clean. if you walk in someone’s house and find:

      • A pair of shoes on top of the dining table,
      • A laptop in the kitchen,
      • A piece of hamburger on a coach
      • A socks on the TV

The only first impression you would get about this person  is “MESSY” you don’t have to be a psychologist to figure it out, you can know a messy mind by looking at the way it performs it’s tasks, and it is this very mind that is used to perform daily activity and eventually the entire life, so you can imagine how messy the life of this person is, off coarse there are special exceptions but the fruit doesn’t fall far away from it’s tree, we are not here to discuss how messy our lives are but we are here for solutions, on the bright side is that this is the fact and if it can be done to promote laziness and messy then it can be used for your own advantage to create a kind of life you want.

Learning how to do a single task very well will result into attracting the kind of life you want; here are few steps to follow so that you can create a habit for yourself, as people would say “repetition makes perfect” but to be more precise i tell you “ repetition with evaluation brings different results” you are not just going to keep on repeating the same thing over and over, that would be insanity, evaluate your tactics and recognize why you were failing then move forward.

      1. Investigate before you make your moves.
      2. Focus your energy on one task at a time.
      3. Take time to do it right the first time.
      4. Finish what you started.
      5. Consider your options and consequences when making choices.
      6. Don not decide to follow what everyone else is doing.
      7. Make well thought-out decisions not hasty or impulsive ones.
      8. Think Positively because you always move in the direction of the thoughts that most dominate your thinking

        The Power of Prayer

articles praying hands1 300x177 The Power of Prayer

Prayer is the sincere request whenever you are in need of help. There is the saying that we are indeed responsible for all that is happening in our lives and we have the power to change it, this is true in a way.

In life we all need some help or form of assistance sometime, it’s like you are on a highway and you had a flat tyre, when you go look for the spare tyre you remember that it is still in the shop, you are stuck no help and no reception on your mobile phone, in this kind of situation you will have to ask for help. This is the same with prayer, however you don’t have to wait until you are stuck or you are on your death bid so that you can pray, it is always good to pray every day for guidance and making better judgement.

The difference between affirmations, meditation and prayers.

        Prayer Affirmations Meditation
Meaning Usually addressed to something higher than yourself, God/Spiritual guides/Ancestors spirits/ Angels/Spiritual entities. A set of commands/statements to reprogram your thoughts pattern and reprogramming your subconscous mind. And it only involves you ( I AM…). Calming, stillness and disciplining the mind, can be a good tool for mind programming  through visualization and clear/direct communication with higher self/God.
Progression You don’t have to do it daily, only ask and believe it will come. Has to be done daily even couple of times a day until it sinks into your subconscious mind. Requires pasistance and practice to attain tranquility.
Result The results  can always be the same, they will come to you in a different ways, depending on how you have send your request. No big difference from that of praying. Requires a willing heart and an open mind. Usually when meditation you can feel the result almost immediately and some new information comes into your mind, but it varies with different people.

There are four important factors for your prayer to work:

        1. ASK:

When praying you have to have a clear mind and it has to be a sincere request, with a true desire of what you want, can be stated loud or just within your mind/heart.

        2. BELIEVE:

Believing that you are going to get what you have prayed for is one of the most important ingredients, as there wouldn’t be any reason for you praying. You will have to believe with your entire being that what you prayed for is going to come  to you in time, you must avoid all negative suggestion that it will not happen, be patient with yourself and hold into faith that it will and must come to pass.

        3. RECEIVE:

Receiving is another important factor as well, most of people know how to pray but don’t really know how to receive, in order to be able to receive you must be receptive to what you have prayed for, look for slightest details and information that comes in your way, for me mostly it comes in form of thoughts or ideas and I act on it immediately, sometimes it comes as an advertisement from TV, newspaper etc., or your friend may joke about something, the key is to be open minded, and willing to try whatever that relates to what you have asked.

        4. ACTION:

There is an old saying that you may force the donkey into the pond but you can’t force them to drink the water, this can be applied to you as well, you must be ready to act and act immediately, for me I get tons and loads of new ideas every moment, if I don’t either write, act or take a moment to listen to the entire concept they usually disappear forever. You must act on it no matter what, get rid of assumptions, doubts, fear and procrastination just do it!

        Some precautions and warnings:

Most of people think prayers, meditations and affirmations don’t work because of their limited understanding and scope of perception, if you were to slow down time say like the ratio of a day to a minute you will start to see other things that we can’t see right now for example the growth of trees you will be able to see trees growing, flowers blossoming fruits ripening. We usually don’t see these things happening only because of our perception. It is the same with prayers it is something that you have to wait and see it growing in front of you, sometimes it may be immediately depending on the level of your “spiritual development”, meaning a fourth grade kid would have to undergo certain training and PASS so that they can move into the next level, if you are in grade eleven and we start teaching you Nuclear physics you would not understand anything only give you frustrations and scare you. So when praying you must see some changes that are happening into your life and the kind of person you are becoming, with awareness that the Divine guidance is guiding you towards what you have asked for. Even if you asked for a million most likely it will not just happen overnight, you will undergo through trial and tribulations until you have been curved and melded into a millionaire type of a person.
